Let there be light!
Whenever you’re creating a portrait you have many important decisions to make. Not the least of these is the lighting pattern you’ll use on the subjects face. The lighting pattern should not be left to a “happy accident”. Narrow light is the most complementary lighting fort he human face; however, you may want to add drama and artistic tension by using another pattern.
If you are not sure you understand the topic I am speaking on or if you care not able to consistently create images with the most complementary lighting then you need to study with me… not bragging, just the fact!!! I have had so many photographers tell me that I explain lighting is such a simple way that they understand it.
If you can’t attend on of my workshops then the next best thing would be to invest in my training materials. You watch one of those videos and you’ll improve your photography. Don’t think about what you have to loose… Think about all you have to gain. Both financially and in time.
