Seminars, Classes & Private Study - Upfront Refund Policy!

If you have ANY questions, please email Don prior to signing up for any class, program or private study.
If you ask for your money back after attending a seminar, class or private study with Don, how are you going to return the education you've received?
Simply put - you can't.
To expect a refund for something you cannot return is simply not fair. Any reasonable person would understand that; however, there might be someone out there who isn't rational. Someone who'll
think that maybe by demeaning Don they'll get a refund. Possibly that person's motive is to get their money back to buy a new piece of equipment (one that they now know how to use since taking
Don's class).
Don prepares diligently for each and every teaching opportunity, pours his heart into conveying the material in an easy to understand manner, and in some cases includes
even a syllabus and cd of reference material.
Given all that....
Thank you for understanding the policy of; No Refunds.
If, however, during the course of your study time with Don you feel that you are not getting the material as outlined in the course description, and your expectations are not out of
line with the course description, please tell Don
immediately. Waiting until 3 days after the class is over to express your dissatisfaction is unacceptable.
What we do guarantee...
We understand that people learn in different ways and at different rates. On rare occasions, a student might need additional explanation regarding some of the course material. We will do
our best to ensure your understanding of the material and will do so in a fair, honest and professional manner.
Most likely a situation like this will never happen; however, its better to have this understanding prior to taking any seminar, class or private study from Don.
